Digital printing
Digital printing is the right technique for short and medium runs — from 1 to 3,000 pieces — because it needs no plates or press make-ready. At Publiprint we print business cards, flyers, menus, labels and catalogs with a typical 24 to 48 hour turnaround in Puerto Vallarta.

Offset makes sense from roughly 3,000 copies up: the cost per piece drops sharply and it allows exact Pantone inks, which digital can only simulate. At Publiprint we produce magazines, catalogs, folding boxes, pads and corporate stationery for hotels, hospitals and developers across Banderas Bay.

We print large format on HP Latex 630W technology: banners, vinyl, backdrops, roll-ups and billboards up to 1.62 m wide by continuous linear metres. Latex ink is odourless, comes out dry from the press and withstands Vallarta sun and rain for 3 to 5 years outdoors.

We wrap cars, pickups, vans and entire fleets with printed and laminated cast vinyl. A full wrap covers the whole body and lasts 5 to 7 years; a partial wrap covers doors and hood and is the most cost-effective option. We have wrapped fleets for the Puerto Vallarta city government and for Punta Mita.

We produce contour-cut stickers and vinyl from a single piece: die-cut product decals, cut vinyl for logos, frosted film for glass and perforated film for windows. Laminated stickers withstand water, sun and daily handling for 2 to 5 years.

We fabricate and install LED illuminated signs, 3D dimensional letters in acrylic and PVC, directories, interior wayfinding and civil protection signage. We work for hotels, hospitals and developments across Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, including signage for Heart and Vascular and Loft 268.

We personalise promotional products with laser engraving, screen printing, sublimation and embroidery: tumblers, pens, caps, shirts, notebooks, USB drives and hotel welcome kits. We work from 25 pieces with 5 to 12 business day delivery depending on technique.

We laser cut and engrave acrylic, wood, MDF, leather, cardboard and glass, and mark metal with fibre engraving. Cut precision is within tenths of a millimetre, which allows interlocking pieces, dimensional letters and one-off personalisation from a single unit.

We personalise t-shirts, polos, service shirts, chef coats and complete uniforms with screen printing, DTF, sublimation and embroidery. For runs of 50 pieces or more, screen printing is the cheapest and most durable option; for full colour or small orders we use DTF.

We design with production in mind: vector logos that work equally on an embroidery machine and on a ten-metre banner, menus that survive daily use, and artwork prepared with the right bleed, colour profile and cut line.
