Printing services

Apparel printing and uniforms in Puerto Vallarta

Quick answer

We personalise t-shirts, polos, service shirts, chef coats and complete uniforms with screen printing, DTF, sublimation and embroidery. For runs of 50 pieces or more, screen printing is the cheapest and most durable option; for full colour or small orders we use DTF.

In a city of restaurants and hotels, the uniform is part of the brand and gets washed every day. We choose the technique based on how many pieces you need, how many colours the logo has and how many washes the garment must survive — not on what is fastest to produce.

Frequently asked questions

Which lasts longer, screen printing or DTF?

Screen printing, when properly cured: it exceeds 50 washes without cracking. DTF holds up well but has a shorter life, so we recommend it for short runs, full colour and occasional-wear garments.

What is the minimum for custom t-shirts?

One piece with DTF or heat transfer vinyl. With screen printing the practical minimum is 50 pieces, because a screen must be prepared for each colour in the design.

Can you embroider my restaurant logo?

Yes. The logo is digitised once — converted into stitches — and that file is kept for all your future orders with no repeat setup fee.

Does sublimation work on cotton shirts?

No. Sublimation only works on light-coloured polyester, because the ink bonds into the synthetic fibre. For cotton we use screen printing, DTF or heat transfer vinyl.
