FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions we get most on WhatsApp, answered without the runaround. If yours isn't here, message us and we'll reply the same business day.
Quotes and timing
How fast do you quote?
The same business day. If you write before 5 pm on a working day we normally reply within two hours with price, material and delivery date.
What is the typical turnaround?
Digital printing: 24 to 48 hours. Large format: 24 to 72 hours. Vehicle wraps: 1 to 3 days of installation. Promotional products: 5 to 12 days. Signs: 7 to 15 days. Offset: 5 to 10 days.
Do you handle rush jobs?
Yes. Production is in-house, so we can reorder the queue for a rush. A priority fee applies and we tell you before accepting the job, never after.
What do you need in order to quote?
What it is, what it's for, approximate size and quantity. That's enough. If you don't know the measurements, send a photo of the space and we'll work them out.
Files and design
What file format should I send?
A high-resolution PDF is ideal for printing. For vinyl cutting, laser engraving and embroidery we need vector: AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF. We review your file at no charge before producing.
My logo is a JPG — can you use it?
For small print it may work if resolution is high. For large format, cutting or embroidery it must be vectorised; we do that for a low fee and the file then works forever.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Minor artwork adaptations are included in the print job; original design from scratch is quoted separately.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Always. We send a scaled preview with real measurements, and nothing enters production without your written approval.
Production, delivery and installation
Do you install outside Puerto Vallarta?
Yes. We install in Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Punta Mita, Sayulita, San Pancho and the North Shore. Beyond the bay we ship by courier.
Do you ship to the rest of Mexico?
Yes, for pieces that need no installation: printed matter, stickers, promotional products and apparel. Shipping is quoted along with the job.
What is the minimum quantity?
It depends on the technique. Digital printing, stickers and laser cutting: one piece. DTF shirts: one piece. Screen printing: 50 pieces. Promotional products: 25 pieces, or 12 with laser engraving. Offset: worthwhile from 3,000.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes, we invoice with all current Mexican tax requirements. We just need your constancia de situación fiscal and the applicable CFDI use.
Materials and durability
How long does a banner last in Vallarta weather?
3 to 5 years outdoors with latex ink unlaminated, and up to 7 years with UV lamination. The combination of direct sun, salt air and humidity is what shortens life the most.
Does your ink smell?
No. HP latex ink is water-based, emits no solvents and comes out of the press dry. That is why we can install in restaurants, clinics and operating hotels without closing the area.
Which material do you recommend for outdoor use?
It depends on exposure time. Under six months: calendered vinyl or unlaminated banner. One to three years: laminated vinyl. Over three years or ocean-facing: cast vinyl with UV lamination.
